Honouring Imperfection. The ideals of health and wellbeing are often rooted to perfection. Perfect minds, bodies, relationships, occupations, that can obscure the reality that our lives are textured, raw and imperfect-
they are human.
It is perhaps in embracing imperfections that may return us back to wholeness, to connection, as Nick Cave writes.
