HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
Reciprocity. Wellbeing, in modern times has often been concieved as as an individual engagement, which overlooks that we are shaped as much by others as we are by ourselves. That we are individual and collective, and that we flourish in reciprocity, in mutality, in attunement.
“Our need for togetherness exists alongside our need for separateness. One does not exist without the other.” - writes Kahil Gibran, which encapsulates how health arises both within us and between us, in collaboration and care.
